Wire Mesh Belt Specification Forms

Standardized Data Capture for Belt Orders and System Integration

Used by engineers and plant-specifiers across high‐performance conveyor systems, the following wire mesh belt specification forms provide standardized data capture for belt orders and system integration.

Each form defines the geometry, drive interface, material composition and mounting requirements necessary to ensure proper fit, function and durability in demanding industrial environments.

Chain Drive — Extended Pitch

For belts driven by a larger-pitch chain. Captures chain spacing, sprocket geometry, belt interface dimensions and required clearances for proper tracking under heavier loads.

Download Form

Chain Drive — Extended Pitch w/ Channel Supports

For extended-pitch chain systems using structural channel supports. Documents channel dimensions, mounting pattern, drive interface details and support spacing for proper belt alignment.
