For Small Fasteners, Catalyst and Baking Bands
Cord Weave belting is recommended for conveying smaller objects that may otherwise fall between mesh openings. It is used in industrial processes such as baking and heat treating. Because the belt is tightly configured, it can transfer heat from the furnace to the bottom of the object requiring heat. The same characteristic is useful where parts must be cooled at a consistent temperature. The high density and smooth surface of Cord Weave also help minimize markings from the belt on the product.

30 = 30 loops per foot width per spiral
72 = 72 spirals per foot length
14 = 14-gauge wire (.080” dia.)
